Crawley residents learned how to cook three delicious Brazilian dishes at the Cultural Kitchen event this weekend.

I am part of ABRACE UK, the Cultural and Educational Brazilian Association. We celebrate and promote the Brazilian Culture in Crawley.

This past weekend, on the 27th June, we participated in a very popular and multi-cultural event: Cultural Kitchen.

A “kitchen” stage was set up at the heart of town and ABRACE UK showed the public how to cook three traditional dishes: pastel, beijinho and brigadeiro.

It was great event that celebrated the delicious culinary of my country.
